The Challenge

KINESSO was bringing executive leaders from across its 60-country organization together in Cascais, Portugal for its inaugural Executive Summit and needed a cohesive visual and presentation experience to unify 2.5 days of programming, content, and in-person touchpoints.

My Role

I led the creative development and onsite execution for the Summit, establishing the event’s visual identity and designing 20 executive presentation decks spanning 5–50 slides each, alongside a comprehensive suite of print, environmental, and event collateral.

I also coached executive presenters through presentation content, storytelling, and delivery, leading rehearsals and coordinating with internal teams, hotel staff, and production vendors throughout the event.

Result

Created a cohesive executive summit experience that unified 2.5 days of programming under one visual system while preparing 20 senior leaders for their presentations and managing creative and production execution across the event.
